What food can I expect at the ceremony?
5
The ceremony will feature traditional Nigerian cuisine (e.g., jollof rice, fried rice, moin moin, amala and stew, chicken, beef, or goat.)
Food will be served buffet-style, with servers at each station.
If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can advise you on which foods to avoid (e.g., peanut allergy—please do not eat suya).
Due to the nature of Nigerian cuisine, we cannot guarantee that all dishes will be vegan or gluten-free.
